Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email suchateasinc@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Change-of-mind returns

Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging. Tea must be unopened and sealed. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any required return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. The change-of-mind conditions above do not apply to these issues.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be submitted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Contact us about an exchange before placing a replacement order.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
